How do I know this is not some huge scam?

Take a look at the ‘Proof’ page, where there are news reports by three very reputable companies, the BBC, CNN and G4TV.

Is it really free?

It is not necessarily free. Some offers can cost £5, some are £10, but some are completely free. Take the LOVEFiLM Two Week Free Trial, for example. All you have to do is sign up, rent at least one DVD, and send it back. Other offers such as Coral Betting require a small deposit of around £5.00 which must be played through. The advantage of the betting offers is that you could make money from it, and they credit incredibly quickly.

What are 'Greens', 'Yellows' and 'Reds'?

A ‘green’ is a referral who has completed their offer fully. They will appear as green on the freebie website. A yellow is a referral who has signed up, but not yet completed their offer. A red is a referral who has been put on hold by the site for breaking the terms and conditions of the website.

Do I need a credit card?

Yes, it is likely that you will need a credit card. If you are still unsure about this method, all of the offers are from reputable websites who are trustworthy, and not associated with FreebieJeebies at all. It is very likely that you will have heard of many of the companies who are providing the offers. 

Do I need to live in the UK to claim a free gift?

No, FreebieJeebies is open to US, Canadian and UK residents. When you register, you will be asked for your nationality, and your offers will change depending on this. 

 
What is the best way to get referrals?

I think that if you are starting out, getting your first greens, you can ask friends and family to sign up under your referral link. Once you have done this, try posting videos about the method on YouTube, or create a website similar to this one. A YouTube video can get thousands of views in just a few months, and if just 1% of these people sign up, that is enough to get you your free gift.

Couldn't I just cheat the system and make multiple accounts?

No! If you attempt to do this, you will be banned from FreebieJeebies and will not be able to claim your free gifts. The administrators check the I.P. addresses of all referrals to check that they are real people. This is why it is also important not to get your friends or family to sign up using your computer; the system will think you are trying to scam it!

Have you got any general tips or pointers?

My number one tip - don't give up! You need patience with these websites, but once you start getting referrals, they will come rolling in. At first I found it difficult to get referrals, but once I got going, it really took off.

I recommend that you start small, with a gift which requires only a small number of referrals - an iPod shuffle perhaps. This way, you can prove to yourself, and others, that it really does work. If you have concrete evidence that others cannot deny, they will be unable to resist the temptation to sign up.
